My 1st room 326 had trash underneath the sink and my 2nd room 319 had roaches and my 3rd and last room 311 was exceptional however after my thorough cleaning of the kitchen surfaces and flooring as well as bathroom surfaces tub toilet sink anf floors I realized my room was not clean.

I loved the convenience of the location. The size of the rooms was great. The ease of getting to and from the airport was great.

I was never informed about the times for breakfast. I booked a room from Thursday to Friday because my friends booked us a 2 bdrm suite from Friday to Sunday for my birthday weekend. We never got breakfast. There was no oven in the rooms which I specifically called and asked about. My bathroom had someone else hair in it. There was a strong odor of pest spray in the hallways which was not inviting and I have respiratory issues. I am not happy about my friend seeing a roach crawl across my table and one in the microwave. I broke out in a complete rash before they were seen and couldn't figure out why. I have an allergy to roached and have the paperwork to prove that. I am a Hilton Honors member and never had this experience at any Hotel.

one worker was always acting weird

No notice of the pool being out of service. We were disappointed and the front desk advised us to find a new hotel it is was a problem in a very rude tone. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 am still no breakfast at 625am. Staff was just starting to bring stuff out. Room was large and spacious however the mattress on the pull out was about 2inches think and miserable to sleep one. We asked if they could call a Hilton live hotel to see if we could used their pool but we’re met with no attempt and told it was their problem or job to do so. Horrible experience! We actually left early. They are supposed to refund me but I will believe that when I see it!

The location, how I was greeted when I entered the hotel was very pleasant. I believe this will Always be my go to spot , before choosing another location.

The only thing I seem to question was ,the curtains ! I didn't like that the curtains didn't close all the way. Although, the shade was suppose to not show a shadow at night, it actually did. So ,I just kept the lights off in the bedroom area & bathroom

The only hotel we found in the area with one-room suites- meaning a door between the living and sleeping areas

The rooms smelled funny, furniture was stained, there were holes punched in some of the doors, the towel bar was broken in the bathroom. it was all a little dingy and old. Also, the pool was closed for repairs.

they never mentioned the $150 hold on the account, had I know I would’ve planned better. when I checked out it came back on automatically and I was very surprised.

Damp floors from shampooing, Emergency heat was on to rush and dry floors before we got there! ANTS!!, plumbing backed up-toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain! Panel from wall coming off and leaving gaping black hole. Scolding hot water that had inconsistent temperature control (lawsuit waiting to happen!!)This room should have never been rented!! I notified desk of all these deficiencies..
