I stayed this past week with my children for a two night stay in which was supposed to have been a nice little vacation

The lack of professionalism and the disregard for guest request and accommodations

Excellent stay.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion containers were of a great size. Finally there is no small bottles that one cannot use.

We we’re comfortable and enjoyed our stay

We didn’t eat breakfast as it was from 6-9. We needed it later to meet with our schedule. The coffee was good and we loved the fresh mint water. Everything was very clean. That was great!

The blinds were broken and difficult to close and open. The bed was okay.

AFC Championship Game

Room was very clean and very large! Breakfast was amazing daily! Employees at front desk very helpful!!!!

No wipes to clean machines in exercise room. No hand sanitizer in weight room either

I would stay again if needed.

Breakfast was decent. Amenities in bathroom were nice such as Dove products.

Doesn't appear room was vacuumed well. Indoor pool was super small.

Clean and modern hotel with excellent amenities and helpful staff.

Modern very clean and fresh smelling. Helpful staff comfortable beds. Large size bathroom toiletries dispensers. Breakfast was delicious. Large indoor pool that my son loved. This will be my go to hotel when visiting the area!

Good but room needed attention

Close to highway. Breakfast was hot and great Staff was pleasant

No plug for bathtub (even after notified staff) Door to bathroom had to be lifted to close properly Mini fridge not functional

Loved it, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice facility for the price. Would stay here again

Location was great with plenty of food options around. Went to the ravens game and it wasn't far from the stadium.

I would stay here again , I love everything within what I seen how friendly the staff were not everything will be perfec

I like that it’s peaceful no interruptions , good area the rooms were clean as well as the overall appearance of the hotel

Within our room you can see the paint on the walls & the bathroom door had a black scratch going across & we didn’t have a plate in the microwave in the room nor did the fridge cool up for our drinks to sit in I left a note to the front desk of these issues

The staff was courtesy, our room was perfect and checking in and out was seamless.

Superb

Last minute booking due to canceled flight. Friendly staff. Room was clean, bathroom was ample and clean. Shuttle to airport was free and on time.

The hotel was nice

The breakfast was good. The hotel room was clean and quiet

The ac unit made weird noises and left the room feeling hot and stale. It took hours for the room to finally cool down

Great Value

Loved the size of the room with full couch behind desk for any virtual meetings (instead of bed view). Access to washing machines was a bonus. Enjoyed included breakfast. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing. Great location; easy highway access.

The pillows weren't my favorite, but overall bed was ok.
