The highlight of my stay was the food I got through room service. it was sooooo freaking good! I got the Salmon dish that comes over rice and broccoli on the side. I can’t remember what it was called but I got the sauce that came with another seafood dish and it just made it absolutely amazing. my room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I will definitely be making future reservations here.

The hotel was fine. It felt like it hadn’t had attention in some time. Nothing was particularly bad about the place, just seen better days. The beds were comfortable though.

The rooms were a bit musty and felt like they hadn’t been aired out in a while. We had two rooms, one of which the thermostat was broken. After repeated attempts to remedy, we ended up moving rooms. The tvs in different rooms had access to different channels which was a bit weird.

Everything we needed was there. The staff was great!

No refrigerator in the room. Room is dated, needs to be updated especially the bathroom.

There was no microwave in the room. The toilet was behind the door and there was only a stand up shower no tub. Had to pay for parking 15$ a day.

We have stayed at this Hilton 4 times, we love the staff. The bar and restaurant are very nice. The food is very good to. We love the location of the airport.

We love the Hilton it is close to the airport and the drivers always get us to the airport on time. The airport drivers are always so friendly and helpful and always on time.

Proximity to airport, price was good. Staff was nice and professional.

I did not get the room I booked. Service was poor.

One then two occasions a staff member entered the the elevator spoke informed us that they were a staff member and asked us. Was everything OK with us stay? I appreciate the question because they were in regular clothes without us, knowing that they was even employees of the hotel. They didn’t have to knowledge them self they could’ve just spoken and left it at that.

I stayed in room 517 and when I turn the shower water began to run on the floor I use the towels to clean up the water. I adjusted the shower head and when I took another shower, I had the same problem. I mentioned this to one of the staff when I got on the elevator she was the manager of housekeeping she sent someone to the room with additional towels for me to clean on the floor. I do believe that is something that you guys should look into for that room.

The hotel was clean and staff were courteous. The shuttle for the airport was rather convenient. Event space was pretty nice.

Ice machines were only located every other floor which was a minor inconvenience. Hotel breakfast was also just ok. For 14 dollars, quality was a little lacking but it is a buffet.

Not enough parking on weekends . Bed was to soft for us but that is subjective . cracked floor tiles and chipped tub in bathroom . hotel had higher price than promised on bookings .com but management matched the price . should not have to deal with this when checking in .

You should have been able to at least get complimentary coffee and water Imagine a hotel if the Hilton's reputation where you couldn't even get a bottle of water unless you paid 4 dollars for it...ridiculous. And I know other chains considered lesser in reputation do provide something as simple as a bottle of water
