That we were able to go to the grocery store and cook our home cooked meals. The free breakfast was awesome.
And the room was spacious we will most definitely. Be back to stay.

I like the staff, and the food, and the overall layout and amenities of the room
The bed was dated. The mattress was slanted, and the fitted sheets were way too big, which is really frustrating to me. Also, it needed to be deep cleaned.

comfortable rooms, beautiful flowers and trees everywhere.
the elevators were not ventilated properly and were hot and smelly. definitely could have used an exhaust fan running or fresh air being pushed through them.

the staff was great! very welcoming, helpful and friendly. the room was clean and very large. the free breakfast was very good with a large choice of foods.

The pool was nice. The rooms were pretty comfortable.
We did not get any housekeeping service in our room the entire stay. I was not asked how my stay was when I checked out. The variety on breakfast was not good either.

Nice , comfortable suite. had a view of the pool area and gardens. Breakfast offerings were better than many similar type hotels.
AC unit was very loud. Sheets did not seem to fit the bed well. Beds in King Suite are not really king size beds.

Loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness and comfort was of the rooms, and the fun pool we enjoyed!
The cleaner the hotel uses is not allergen-free. :( My daughter has allergies to cleaning chemicals. it’s nothing the hotel can avoid, as we expect them to clean. hello.. covid. but it is a bummer.

very clean and well maintained. The room had wonderful amenities
There was only one person checking people in. she was incredibly friendly but she needed help. The phones were ringing off the wall and people were lined up to check in. she was very poised and calm in a difficult situation

The room was spotless! When the coffee ran out it was replaced in a minute! Walking distance to restaurants! All around Great value!
