I misplaced my keys and when I went to the counter and asked the gentlemen he told me non was turned in, but he did not look to see. I went back to my room and called down a lady answered and she looked and found them. I was not happy about the gentlemens customer service

I was off to work before breakfast, but my wife was very satisfied with the service and overall hospitality.
Valet can become very congested...but the response in retrieving my vehicle was excellent!

Location was amazing for what we came for. The hotel is beautiful when you walk in. Maintenance man we met was very nice. The restaurant looked nice but we didn’t try it. Parking deck being attached to the hotel is wonderful.
They didn’t have my reservation. Changed my room type which was okay I guess. The pool was like a sauna and it was 90 degrees outside. Couldn’t swim. The rooms AC was broken and they couldn’t move our room so we were given box fans for the duration of our stay. The forced “incidental” fee just to force spending at the hotel is weird. Beds were kinda hard so didn’t get a great nights sleep.
