we love residence inn bc it has the living room and kitchen space. however - this time our bedroom was not separated and only had one TV.
The pullout mattress had stains on it and that was really gross. They gave me a $50 credit but I feel like they should have comped one night. Also there were things left behind by previous guests that I will just describe as unsavory to be polite.

Breakfast had a lot to offer. The location was great. Close to food and the mall.
Honestly there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Pull out sofa bed was dirty , mattress was stained , lumpy, uncomfortable . Bathroom vent very loud .

Every staff member that I engaged with was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.
None of the lights in my room worked except for the bathroom so I had to rely on sunlight.

Trees were nice.
A/C at the foot of the bed sounded like a train passing by every time the compressor kicked on.
NO SLEEP!!! which is what we ultimately pay for.
Charged me 80 bucks to NOT SLEEP!!!

The breakfast was very good and the room was as advertised. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful
Guests monopolizing the laundry facilities and the gym could be upgraded.

Good breakfast. Location convenient to restaurants and stores.
Refrigerator did not work but was replaced. Door fell off replaced refrigerator. Repairs happed immediately.

the breakfast was good and the room was nice even tho it was not the room we paid for
I didn't like that when I tired to check in early at 2pm I could not, I had to wait till 3pm, which is understandable.. but when 3pm came and I tired to check in they still did not have my room available and was trying to offer me a queen room when I paid for a King room suite, so I had to get a King hearing assessable room or the queen room.. and then when checking in the front desk person didn't tell me what time breakfast was or nothing.. nothing about the wi-fi or nothing.. I had to asked them question later on.. the front desk lobby could be better looking too...

The facility was just a nice place away from home, very clean, comfortable bed, location was great and pool area was good as well!
