Great desk staff, clean rooms
More room darkening window coverings would be great

We are satisfied with the location of this hotel. Room size is very comfortable and staff are helpful too. I was expecting more choices for breakfast but not that bad too. So overall - this is very good.
The choice of Breakfast could be more than what you have now.

Location
Breakfast. Nothing was stocked at 8am. The breakfast area was very messy. 2/3 hot food containers were empty. Waffle mix was empty, syrup was empty, OJ was empty, apple juice was empty and bread for toast was gone. I waited for awhile and the woman only stocked one thing. I decided to stop waiting and not eat

the property was beautiful.
our room smelled like either mold or a dead mouse, and the beds were hard.

"breakfast was ordinary. I usually stay at this hotel when I'm in Madison due to the location and am always pleased with the service"
