Slept great at night. Room and Shower was clean.
Wasn’t happy with the pillow choice. Good thing I brought my own. I didn’t get any room service the 3 nights I was there. Disappointed about that. Cleaning ladies were too loud on and off throughout the day.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They allowed me to use their microwave and refrigerator.
The room was too small and booked one of the last rooms which didn’t have a fridge or microwave.

The location.
The key cards kept deactivating easily.

Exceptional location in the marina district. Just a few blocks away there are restaurants, shops, everything. It's also near the bay and to the Presidio Park. The room was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. There was bathtub, reaaaaally nice. We didn't hear noise at all so we were able to rest well. It was a good price.
The towels could be renovated.
