Location was perfect! Room and staff were delightful! Public parking very close by.

Clean atmosphere, plenty of charging location (for electronics), good location. Amenities were good.

Our confirmed reservation did not go through completely and out of 5 rooms nights stay only first night was reserved at Marriott front desk. Glitches on the reservation was resolved the next day so it was worrisome until the next day. Staff told me something was wrong with the system. It was not a pleasant experience on first day of our trip to San Fran.

$30 breakfast or dinner, free ice cream, valet was very convenient about, room remain clean for the duration of our stay, size of the room is good, tea and coffee provided are very nice, staff are nice, I feel secure that only people with key cards can enter. The location is very good for its price very close to our destinations and attractions. free bus, fare ticket. Noise level is acceptable, considering we are in a busy location.

Does not provide hot water and cold water to drink to the room delivery fee, even if we’re in the same building, only valet parking available, either get valet, or you park in the streets, restaurant, not open at lunch only breakfast and dinner, they said free Wi-Fi but when you connect to the Wi-Fi there are payment options. What else babe that’s it

The room was comfortable and the location was amazing - very close to Fishermans Wharf! We did not have time to explore any amenities but the bar was nice at lunchtime and we were given a $20 voucher to use against F&B.

The check-in staff member had a stinking attitude, clearly having a bad day! She was not welcoming at all and looked very annoyed at having to check another group in! The lady behind the Elite counter however was a bundle of smiles for her customers. Water pressure was terrible in the bathrooms and the toilet blocked. There were no trolleys for taking luggage up to the top floor. The bar shuts strictly at 10pm so don't head back to the hotel for drinks!

Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit Balkon gebucht, wurde jedoch ohne Kommentar in einem kleinen Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Blick auf einen Innenhof untergebracht. Zurück an der Rezeption teilte man mir mit, dass eine Buchung über Booking.com nicht dasselbe wäre und warum ich nicht direkt über das Hotel gebucht hätte. Erschrocken fragte ich nach dem Manager, dieser erklärte sich nach einer unwürdigen Diskussion endlich bereit, mir einen Preisnachlass zu gewähren da er nur dieses Zimmer zur Verfügung hätte. Beim Check Out dann das böse Erwachen, der Manager hatte es seltsamerweise versäumt, den Preisnachlass im System zu hinterlegen. Somit kam es erneut zu einer Diskussion mit der diensthabenden Managerin, die von nichts wusste und mich dann auch noch der Lüge bezichtigte, bevor mir nach weiteren 20 Minuten dann endlich der korrekte Preis berechnet wurde. Definitiv mein schlechtestes Hotelerlebnis.

Convenient to Fisherman's Wharf, Cable Cars with tickets included in resort fee, resort fee could be credited towards breakfast, and bicycle rental. Also easy walk to North Beach.

The discounts provided, the location, the rooms were good size

The bed sheets were dirty and/or stained, there was a bee in our room because they kept opening our windows, had to beg someone to help us get it out, the movies in your room was not working, parking cost was a bit high
