-The hotel and room appeared overall well-kept.
-The room LOOKED clean; see note about carpet!
-The location was excellent.
-The carpet was very dirty! A few steps on it directly after a shower turned the bottoms of feet black! 🙃 PLEASE clean your carpets or remove them entirely!
-Vending machine soda was overpriced at $4! (Gas station on the corner is a better option for snacks and drinks if desired)

It was clean. Nice continental breakfast.
Advertised short walk to Disneyland, but it was longer than expected. You have to remember you are walking all day and so the extra walking to and from the hotel was more than we wanted to do.

Location location. It was a quick walk to downtown Disney and the park. The hotels pool looked decent though we didn't try it. The parking lot was adequate and there was parking without a fight, each night. The beds were fairly comfortable and quiet at night.
The skirting around the bed clanged like a Gong each time you got in or out of bed and touched it or moved it in any way. The room's floor was just filthy, every time you stepped into the bathroom or the shower it looked like you'd come from the beach, volumes of dirt and sand. Made video but not allowed here... the 'breakfast' was an awful disappointment, went from bad to awful. Big light leaks around the door also.
