Rooms are simple but functional. Location is definitely the biggest highlight of this place. Bus stop is 2 minutes away and it's 2 stops to Disney or 3 to Convention Center. Walmart and a bunch of good food places are in about 15mins walk. It was clean inside and exactly as pictured.
AC takes a while to cool down the room and is quite loud, so make sure to bring some ear plugs, if you are sensitive to noise. I had to keep it running all night, otherwise the room was getting hot in no time. Also finding a convenient outlet was a challenge. Freezer is small and can't fit even a small ice cream tub.

I liked the front desk man. He was able to get me a room even though he didn't see the reservation on his end. he gave me an upgraded room for free. The room was clean. I was able to keep my car parked on their lot when I went to the park even though I checked out.
The place is run down. Pillows are flimsy. Their walls are very thin so I could clearly hear my loud neighbors who were partying until 4am.

My toilet got clogged and the water in the tub went down super slow.
