It was clean
It was very outdated and not what the picture showed

Breakfast was good; good location near freeway; lots of freeway noise

The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was great. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The pool was clean and welcoming.
Laundry facility only had one washer available.

Clean, attached restaurant, friendly staff, great pool and hot tub area. Felt safe to be there with just myself and grandkids. Excellent breakfast.
Back end of the hotel had so much traffic noise. Even the grandkids asked me if the windows were open, but they weren’t.

The room was much more modern than I was expecting and it was very clean. I especially liked that they deep clean the T.V. remote, which they put in a sealed mesh bag to show that it's been cleaned. I didn't get a chance to go in the pool/hot tub, but it looked nice from the outside. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! Great overnight stay on my drive from Portland to Southern CA.

there was so much dog poop out on their grass for dogs. we had to wash our dogs feet Every-time we took him to go potty

The staff switched our room it was in a location not easy to get to with a baggage cart. The pool area was nice and breakfast was good.
Small room, bathroom and sink area not in its own room so if you needed to get up trying to be quiet for rest of family was difficult. Homeless trying to get in pool area while we were in there. However thank you to Security on site on top of it. Pool area should have a higher door so they can't reach over the door to get in.

Liked location of hotel and restaurant.
Remodeling was going on and staff gave us a room next door to workers drilling out concrete floor in bathroom. desk said work stopped at 5 pm and it was 4pm. They wanted us to stay there and we could not even hear each other talk. We had to insist we be moved to another area.

We ate dinner in the Inn. It was expensive and only so so.

Easy to find, very clean, great service from a friendly staff, and a restaurant at the property!
The door to our room was at the back of the hotel, facing I-5. The traffic noise made sleeping a little difficult.

More attention to detail with finish work in the rooms would make them more aesthetically pleasing - baseboards, drywall/texture, etc.
