Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room. The family suite comfortably accommodated three adults and 4 children. Loved the cafe-style outdoor seating area.
The area around the hotel felt unsafe but the hotel itself felt secure and safe.

I've stayed here a few times and they have noticeably upgraded a few things that were a bit shabby a couple of years ago, so good job. Very comfortable. Easy to get to, safe, easy &safe parking, I like it. The area is getting even more interesting, good amenities nearby. Don't miss the sundial bridge, it is stunning and so beautiful. Redding is such a good place to stop, when so many places seem to be in decline, Redding continues to step it up.
Idk, maybe better breakfast snacks? Even paying a few bucks for a nice pastry (there is an amazing shop a couple blocks away) would be pretty convenient. I skipped it this time, as I just wanted to get on the road, but grabbing one from the lobby and adding $3 to the room would have been awesome. Small thing.
