Staff were exceptional. Lisa was a great help checking in and out. So accommodating to our needs.
Room was clean but needs some care as paint was chipping from the wall in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great.
A very small thing, but, the bathroom fixtures were extremely hard to use. You had to pull it to come on and it didn’t pull easily nor did the flow come on hardly at all. Same with the Shower. The nozzle on the bathroom sink just barely made it from where it was attached to into the bowl. Didn’t even give you room enough to rinse off your toothbrush.

the facilities needs a refresh. The heater for the pool, the treadmill (1 or 2 machines in the "gym"), and the elevator were out of service. Carpets were tired, furniture was functional but was gashes / scraped off paint.
