The breakfast bar is great, room was clean but stained tub, carpets in hotel all together are very stained, the location is safe but a walking distance to convenient stores. The price is excellent for the overall experience
The hotel has some small damages and carpets are damaged.

Beds were good/comfortable, room was normal size and clean (except for the carpet) and the breakfast had the usual items of a Motel breakfast. Free parking and WIFI is always a plus.
The carpet was absolutely disgusting!!! A stain here or there ... ok, but this floor was more stains than carpet. Mentioned it at check-out and didn't even get "oh so sorry, I'll pass it on to management" or anything, which makes us think that they already knew this and heard it a few times before ):
