The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant was good.
The bathroom and common areas were not as clean as I’d expect and the room was somewhat dated for the price.

That myself and my family had a good time while we stayed there.
That I was charged twice and had two separate rooms for the days while I was there and could not be reimbursed from booking.com you guys!! Iam still not happy about that and I never got my money back bc I never used your service I used great escape lodges services!!

Rooms were a nice size. Plenty of space to spread out.
The beds were very comfortable.
The rooms were very worn. Walls were stained, maybe needed painting. That made it feel less than clean.
The bathrooms in the pool area were very dirty. Needed more attention.
