It was okay

I had a tough week and needed to get away and I came to the Hyatt. I requested a room with the pool view and I got a room that was facing the street lights. I called the front desk and she moved to another that was facing white pipes that was worse than the first room. My first night the room was extremely warm even when I drop the air conditioner on low and so had a bad hot flash. I told them the next day and they sent the maintenance guy who stated that the air filter had not been changed and he asked if I mind if he left the vent off and I said sure. He never came back and the unit made the loudest noise all night. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. My daughter’s bed had sheets and a thin blanket. My bed had an actually comforter. We stayed for 3 nights I had was excited about the pool and when I finally got in the pool it was covered in bugs and I felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. I immediately got out and went to the room and was disappointed. I was just not pleased at the stay and for the amount of money we paid I felt like the hotel should have been much better.
