The location was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable, even the pull out couch! The one gentleman running the elevated bagel bar breakfast was so efficient and made sure everything was always stocked! All in all our stay was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would stay here again the next time we are in Watertown
Our only problem was the bathtub didn’t hold water well. We told the front desk and they said that they will let maintenance know and get on it right away!

Check in was awesome… Salem was a very courteous employee…she has a very bubbly personality that was so infectious… if all people could be that courteous what a wonderful world we would have…
The set of steps to get to first floor level…

I admired the size of the building and decorations upon entering the lobby as well as how " old" the building appeared.
I didn't like the very u professionalism of the evening/night staff woman. She was very unprofessional and rude. Also didn't care for the fact that coming into the building on either door on either side, there are only stairs and no ramps. It's very inconvenient and then once u are in there's a ramp to go into the lobby.
