The location, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness.
They don’t have a laundry room, we were there for a soccer tournament and didn’t have anywhere for me to wash dirty uniforms.

Hotel was clean and front desk staff was helpful
There was an issue with a payment and the manager on duty was very rude and dismissive over the phone and not accommodating to this issue.
