I honestly loved it all

Location was off busy highway on a separate road. Area was quiet, secure. Evening reception and breakfast was nice.

Couch in living room area of suite was quite dirty. The rest of the hotel room was very clean, but this gave off a bad impression. We put the blanket from the closet over it.

I think the staff was exceptional and very respectful and professional.

I didn't have any complaints at all.

The front desk staff was especially polite and professional. The young African American, Mr. Brian needs to be celebrated for great people skills. Came and replaced the mimi fridge, asap.

Nothing, that I can think of. Please note, I found out later that I could have gotten at a much more reasonable price on the room.

What a great surprise when we checked in to find it was happy hour! 3 free drinks each and a whole buffet of hot party food all Included in the price of the hotel. Quiet room, comfortable bed, and breakfast. All lovely

19 year old Daughter drove her brother and sister from NC to Texas with her service support dog. Though able to stay with her animal, they wouldn’t allow them to eat breakfast and the staff were rude. Since the already checked out, they left with no breakfast.

there was only one elevator and it stopped working while we were on there… very old .. just needs a lot of updates.

We have stayed here for several years now as we trek to family each Christmas. We have had excellent experiences and have been amazed by the value. We always stay in a suite so we can have a door between us and the kids. (iykyk) It’s always very clean and the included food is good enough for toddlers (typically hotdogs, pasta etc) so that makes life easier.

Unfortunately, this year was different. They put us in a room that apparently shared walls with an elevator maintenance room (avoid room 205!!), and we realized at bedtime that it was SUPER loud every time the elevator ran. We had to change rooms at 9pm and wake up our sleeping toddlers to do so. I was disappointed the staff wasn’t very apologetic. They were not fully booked and there is really no excuse for them having put anyone in that room they KNOW is noisy to begin with. Then the room they moved us to had the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with lumpy old pillows. I literally sent my husband to get the pillows from the other room because these were so bad. really disappointed and not sure we’ll keep this hotel on our itinerary going forward.
