It was a beautiful hotel.
The pool had not been cleaned in a while. There was a filter but there needs to be a deep cleaning done on the bottom and around the sides of the pool. The jacuzzi was not clean at all and the water was had a brown haze to it - this needs to be improved.

I really like the hotel’s location because it is right next to the office, which saves me a lot of time commuting.
The breakfast chef was very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the room was clean and comfortable.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel’s location.
Thank you for the great service
I was not very satisfied with the shower faucet because it was difficult to adjust the water temperature smoothly to my preference. It would be better if the hot and cold water could be adjusted more easily and precisely.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and we really appreciate that.
There was a slight smell in the lobby. I think it was from the water and fish. It was a beautiful display though. The cheeseburger I had at lunch was some other kind of meat, it didn’t taste like a beef burger. The fries were good though.

Location is best
I lost the necklace somewhere on sofabed and house keeper found it and returned it on the table so I got it back when we arrived the room in the evening.
Bathroom wasn’t clean and reception staff wasn’t really friendly
