The location and rooms

The beds and breakfast both sucked. And they closed the pool down.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a great experience overall. The room was cozy, and my daughter absolutely loved the splash pool!

The breakfast was just okay, nothing really special, but I appreciated that it was included with our stay.

Breakfast was included and is a great positive for the hotel. It changes daily and there is options to choose from. It was great to have the sofa bed in the room. Location was great - we walked to Aquatica and Discovery Cove and only 2 stops on the i Trolley to Sea World.

Breakfast photos in the hotel showed waffles with strawberries and chocolate sauce. He had neither strawberries or chocolate sauce in our 2 weeks. Also, fresh fruit was not available on Saturday or Sunday but was there Monday to Friday. The sofa bed was not really comfortable for teenagers or adults unfortunately.

The room was comfortable. The mattress was good. Employees were friendly. Felt safe in the area.

They are renovating a floor so during the day I would hear pounding or banging. Did not like that one room for the toilet and small sink; then you have to leave that room and walk a bit to get to the vanity with a sink and shower. The vanity lighting was very dim. The shower does not have any handles inside the shower. The toilet sits very low to the ground. Also, the doors for the toilet room and the door to the shower room has frosted glass sliding doors, so if someone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light from the bathroom lights up the entire room when the door is shut. Which can wake a person up. Their "sister" hotel is next door the Fairfield and it's a shared outdoor pool between the two hotels.
