Location, great bed.
There was hair in the shower. Otherwise it was pretty clean!

Perfecte locatie
Een kleine bar die vol staat met bezoekers van een bijeenkomst waardoor er geen plaats was voor reguliere gasten. Onze kamer is van de 2 dagen een keer niet schoongemaakt en een keer alleen de badkamer omdat ze om 5 uur pas kwamen toen we terug waren. 3 keer om hotelslippers gevraagd voordat we ze kregen. Ontbijt vond ik, uit ervaring, matig voor een 4 sterren Hotel.

You are paying for location here. Hotel is positioned close to Smithsonian and White House. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but are comfortable and clean.
You pay for EVERYTHING. Parking our car for 3 days was over $200 and is NOT included in hotel fee. There is a $32 destination fee for each night. They offer to compensate that by using it towards room service or tickets to other attractions. Our trip was booked up in terms of tours so we had no use for the extra attractions. $5 charge for room service. No free breakfast. It started at $27 per person. Also, TV doesn’t have very many channels unless you are a sports fan. No premium channels at all. After a day packed with sightseeing, would have been nice to have more viewing options to relax to at night. Only other negative was the bath robe and towels were hard and stiff. Not a pleasure to wear or use. Beds and sheets however were very comfy.

Walls thin. Heard ice machine all night. Parking nonexistent. I had to use valet parking. Valet only one person on a busy Monday morning. Staff not helpful.

The waitress at the restaurant wasn't the nicest. The host and other staff came to my aid and they were great.

Der Concierge hat entweder falsche Aussagen gemacht oder war völlig unwissend, Personal nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Es war nicht möglich in diesem Hotel noch ein Zimmer persönlich für einen weiteren Gast zu buchen, das geht nur online. Roomservice kommt nur in Plastiktellern und Plastikgeschirr. Obwohl es draußen sehr kalt war, lief überall ständig die Klimaanlage auf Hochtouren, auch in den Gängen, völlig unnötige Energieverschwendung.

The staff was amazing, from front desk, housekeeping, room service to valet. So friendly and kind! The room service is always delivered within 30 minutes, which is great!
The main restaurant was closed, not sure if this was due to COVID or staffing resources. They did offer us the room service menu, which expanded the bar food offerings a little.

Close to the White House
Had a Room booking for King size bed. Got checked in and went to the room and found 2 full size beds. Called front explained the concern. Sorry for the Misunderstanding. Come down to check in and We correct that for You. So back to the. front to only hear we don’t have any king size rooms. REALLY You have bring all My luggage down here. When could have simply. Communicated that to over the phone. Come Marriott is Better than this!!!

The staff was absolutely ridiculous! All over the place and extremely disrespectful. They called the police on my daughter for having 2 friends with her including a boy. They called for a wellness check when my babygirl was just trying to enjoy her vacation before school started. Terrible, 0/10

The staff exceeded. I arrived to hotel early. Checked with the desk to see if could check in 3 hours early. Not only did they let me check in -- I was upgraded to a room with a view!

The valet was rude on the morning we left, and we had to park my van .7 miles away in another lot, had 7 people and luggage to load, and was told we had 10 mins to load up or move to the street. He just wasn't professional in asking us to be as guick as possible. Staff, the night we arrived was very professional and told us 30 mins.
