Great location. Friendly staff. Trendy.

My second visit to this hotel and will come back again when I'm in Washington. It was perfect for me, great location, fairly quiet, beds are really comfy. It has a modern and hip vibe without trying too hard.
Hotel bar/restaurant is very overpriced

Refreshingly unique. Stylish. Loved that there were fresh water taps on our floor with cold still and bubbly water. A nice touch. Staff were great. Also very central to cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to Georgetown. Live music at the bar was nice too.
Nothing.

Nice room
Very bad admin; prepayment was not processed, nor that breakfast was included. Even though it was arranged, we were still not included on breakfast list, both days.. Also breakfast quite simple/basic. Is this really a 5 star hotel?
