Location
The smell in the hallway and room had a kind of mildew smell to it.

location was brilliant and staff was extremely helpful
the cleaning staff did not do good job. cups and glasses remained uncleaned.

Very basic and every day the same food, not many options for a brand like JW. I had to eat breakfast out instead as the food was not tasty.
Different options, and better service. The staff (one specific lady, a bit old) was rude, telling me that it was a self service restaurant, but in the bill they were asking for tips
