Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im east Miami. Das Zimmer in der 35 Etage mit Blick auf die Bay war atemberaubend, unbedingt diese Kategorie buchen! Das Hotel ist sehr Modern, die Zimmer sind gross und haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Lage ist Perfekt, direkt beim Brickell City Center. Die tollen Elektro-Leihräder kann man kostenlos benutzen, wir haben damit die halbe Stadt erkundet. An der Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen, Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Schöne Poolanlage inmitten der Hochhäuser, Liegen etc. sind im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Preis für die Lage, den Komfort und die Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung.

Die Hygiene-Produkte in der Dusche sind in kleinen Tuben die andauernd leer sind, jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Lage perfekt. Frühstück nicht vor Ort eingenommen.

Für eine Suite (Residence) hätte ich im Minimum Wasserflaschen gratis erwartet, Morgenmantel und Pantoffeln.

At 4pm my wife reported to the front desk that our room had not been cleaned and we need clean towels. At 6pm clean towels we delivered to the room. We were told the room would be cleaned at 7pm so we went out to dine at 6:30pm so the room could be cleaned. At 8:45pm we returned to unclean room. We stayed here a week ago and it was perfect. I spoke to the manager (Martina) at the front desk to complain. I was shocked how rude and unapologetic she was. No apology for the poor service and her aggressive tone was unbelievable. When I told her we stayed in the hotel last week she replied well that was last week! When I asked her how much I was being charged for the room this evening she said $150 I told her I had paid more in advance. Here reply was that was what she got from booking.com!!!! I told her I am the guest I don’t need to know what her commission is. Her reply was I will comp the upgrade for one night (yes we paid to upgrade the room on arrival). I said to her do you think it reasonable for us to pay and have a dirty room, she replied take it or leave it!!! I replied you won’t see us again. It is a shame we have stayed many times at your hotel and we never complained. This time it was outrageous we understand issue can happen but it how you resolve the issues and guest experience that counts. —- Steve wright - Room: JRS 805
