They were very kind and helpful to deliver the keys and access to the apartment. Daisy waiting for us in the lobby and help us to enter and also help me with better parking options.

The instructions about the gym, it is excellent but is in other tower and the first day I was a little lost .

I loved the view and amentities. Susie made everything amazing she’s the absolute best ever! I came back for her!

The views

They charged $ 250 cash for the deposit then the first night we realized that the apartment doesn’t have a sofa bed as it stated online. They had an air mattress instead with no sheets. I asked Julie for more sheets and towels, she ignored my request. We had one washcloth and one towel to use for 4 days . At the end of our stay, julie wanted to hold $150 of my security deposit for dirty towel ( even though we paid for cleaning service) and some rusty area in the microwave . That rusted area in the microwave has been like that since we came. It think they are try to hold people’s security deposit because of that rusted area in the microwave because, as soon as the house keeper walked in , she went straight to the microwave to take a picture of that little spot. That is rubbing people’s money ( security deposit) I had to tell them that we found it like that. They made us wait in the lobby for one hour after our stay, to wait for the towels to be washed , and if the towels come out clean, then they gave me back my security deposit. Very bad customer service.

These are luxury apartment rentals in a shiny new high-rise in downtown Miami - the whole experience was amazing - the apartment was new, enormous (2BRs, 2 Baths), clean, sleek (almost nothing on the walls), very white (walls) and huge windows overlooking downtown and the water, plus balconies. Massive sectional and TV screen for lounging. Bedrooms quite far apart - each with its own bathroom. The broader complex was chic and amazing - the outdoor pools, the indoor spa (hot and cold options) and fitness area, coffee bar and restaurant- we could've easily spent all 4 days at the complex and been happy. Our concierge/hostess Julie, who met us upon arrival and showed us in, was a sweetheart, gave us her cell and was always available. Would LOVE to stay here again. Easily walkable to Brickell area lots of stores restos bars cafés etc.

Honestly no complaints. It was great.
