The staff are professional. The room was clean.
The room had an awful smell. It needed deodorizer.

Front desk check in agent was exceptional! She took her time to help find my Bonvoy membership number to ensure I received credit even though I booked on a 3rd party website (booking.com) and was extremely pleasant with excellent people skills.

The staff was great in the pillows were comfortable.
There were no lights in the bathroom. Only one plug in the room worked so I had to make my coffee on the floor. And $20 for a cup of coffee and two pieces of toast? Get real!
