Nothing ruined by uncleanliness

Our stay was great until we learned the uncleanliness of our room. Upon check-in, we didn't really check the room due to plans we had already scheduled. Once we were in for the night, we noticed a dirty pair of socks that were not our by the bed and two dirty towels and a shirt that also was not ours in the bathroom. Based on this, I went and talked to the young man at the desk and he was great and approachable but did not offer to move us. If housekeeping did not notice the dirty Clothes, I believed they could have not thoroughly cleaned the entire room. We Had to result to sleeping on a small couch as we didn't know how clean the bed was and went to a nearby military installation to shower because we also believed the shower may have not been thoroughly cleaned. We called and attempted to speak to one of the managers Ms. couch, and she failed to speak to us or follow up with us about the visit. The believed taking the parking fee off was enough to make up for the dirty room however it meant more if the manager would actually hear us out. I would never recommended this facility to another person or another service member with Andrews AFB near.

The staff was amazing

The bar and restaurant was closed due to lack of communication from the staff, there was no menus available of local establishments that delivered and an additional cost to park for the night

It was quiet and peaceful

After my husband and I checked in late in the evening, we showered and rested only to wake up the next day with what looked liked dirty pillow cases, stains on the sheets, etc. No recovery, empathy, or adjustments were offered. Called the front desk to inform them and after two hours, we decided to leave the property in hopes that things would be better when we got back.

The room was better than we expected, and very cozy.

The room was nice and had almost everything I needed. My husband and our friends were all easily accommodated.

The only issue was that the ice machine was busted in our freezer

Customer service hands down was Amazing!

in love the room. full fridge kitchen area too sit. couch to relax on. The breakfast was great.

I didn’t like the fact that parking wasn’t included.

Comfortable room and bed, good breakfast.

Fridge made periodic knocking sounds. Very good gym wasted by lack of maintenance. None of the many cardio machines had working electronics, and the TV didn't work. The two hand sanitizers were empty, as was the one container of wipes. I picked this hotel in part because of the advertised gym.

Everything about this place was excellent

Parking was a little high at 32 dollars a night

The only thing I didn’t like was the sketchy elevators, Im already scared of them and they made a little to much noise for my liking lol
