Great location near anything you may need.
Clean rooms, soft beds and great water pressure for showers.

I picked this hotel even as it was a bit more expensive than some others because it had a pool. When I arrived, the front desk said that the pool was closed for maintenance. I get that this happens. But I was also told that the mechanic was on the way, the needed repair was easy, and it would open in a little while. Well, it never opened and no one seemed to be working to get a fixed. A relatively small but real frustration--and no swim.

It said balcony. They put me on first floor and it had no balcony.

The breakfast was too expensive so we didn't buy it there.
We were VERY disappointed that nobody came to empty the trash and give us clean towels. Even if bedding is changed only every two days, guests still need to have the small trash cans emptied. So many people eat in their rooms now that it quickly becomes full and messy and smelly. We had to ask for someone to come and do this for us.

Window very dirty. Couldn't enjoy the view from it.

location
we were put in a room that was out of order but clerk didn’t realize that until we were unpacked and comfortable. no tv remote but clerk brought us one and explained that something happened to the shower curtain that’s why it was out of order. she was suppose to bring us a luggage rack but never did. I usually get a welcome bag when checking in but didn’t get one this time. no biggie.
