Super nice hotel, very confortable stay, we felt like staying in a luxury hotel. Great value for money.

The sleeping sofa was dirty (had white stains on it) so we could't use it.

I like the size of the room, the cleanliness, and most of all, I liked how comfortable the bed is.

The elevator took a while. The air was off in the hallway, so waiting for the elevator in the heat was dreadful

The amenities/furniture were a little outdated and the sofa/ottoman was not so clean.

Did not have breakfast or other food at the hotel. Went to adjacent Denny's, which was surprisingly good and pleasant. The elevator was nice for the 3rd floor, ice machine was handy. The shower was sparkling and my husband loved it. We liked having Showtime to watch and we found a good movie. TV was in good shape. Liked having glasses vs. plastic cups to drink from.

The water in the tap was so fizzy it looked white and unappealing. It was not very cold, either. We used our bottled water to drink in the room. There should have been more pillows than just four for two people; Best Western has more. Also, the LOUD air conditioner was unpleasant, going on and off most of the night. We had to fiddle with the temperature several times to get the right balance of temperature and the a/c starting up with a roar.
