La ubicación es muy conveniente para visitar la zona financiera y Brooklyn, es segura y con acceso a varias estaciones de metro.

La habitación tenía una gotera sobre la cama que se nota que habían tratado de arreglar de manera muy deficiente. No se entiende para que asignan una habitación con problemas cuando había muchas más disponibles. A pesar de haber solicitado el servicio de limpieza de habitación diaria, solo la hicieron un día.

Great Value Hotel in an Excellent Location. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.

1) elevators don’t work properly and you wait both ways up to 5 mins to get anywhere 2) they don’t clean rooms with vacuum and don’t dust the room- basically only bed. 3) staff on reception is not friendly and act like you owe them something, unclear and very rude in messages when you try to clarify things. 4) super thin walls, almost paper from all directions 5) when it’s windy it’s very loud as windows are very old 6) AC for warming is soooo loud that you wake up every time at night- without it it’s very cold 6) restaurant downstairs tries to trick you, give you bad quality food. But always expect you to act like happy and worshiping their facility! Hello, where is the service?! It’s 2 stars hotel

Need more elevators/ not as modern as I would have thought for a NYC hotel -no USB ports in room - toilet paper hard to get to and would get with with water from sink - space was tight

Good location, comfortable room.

Staff were just indifferent and borderline rude at check-in and for the remainder of the stay. I won’t stay again because of that, comparing it to the other two hotels I stayed in NYC in this trip. Also an average wait time of five minutes for every time you have to use the lift.

I didn't like the fact that my daughter and I waiting a long time for the elevators. since being on the 7th floor. checking in and out both times she and I with our luggage had to walked up and down the stairs. thanks.

Only 3 lifts for 44 floors of guests, 1 lift was broke. Reception is on floor 2 so lifts would pick people up from the ground floor and skip floor 2. Took half an hour to get up to our room. We then walked 40 flights of stairs to go out. Air con was like a helicopter taking off every 20 mins. Room was opposite lift and walls are thin so noisy. Beds so small.

Great location, staff were lovely and helpful! Hotel was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. Great value for money and super close to subway stations and Liberty Island ferry harbour.

Need more elevators, the wait can be a while to get up to your room at check in times or early evening.

Rooms were smaller , first night there was room next door that had lots of noise of violence and abuse which was very scary for my family with daughters.

Bigger rooms, faster elevator and feeling of better safety.

Everything was great.

If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be only having a few elevators and sometimes they were packed or there was a long line. I didn't even mind that though to be honest. Our stay was wonderful. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Entrance is confused, there are not enough signs , where the lobby. No explanation about entrance to the parking garage. There are 2 garages from 2 side of building, and the address 55 water st. At the 3rd side. I would like to have information or small plan how to get the parking garage of the hotel. Also not all stuff of garage also know about hotel parking. Conserge was a little unpolite, but just bc we checked in at 2am I asked the same question couple times. Also room itself was not enough clean. Also it would be great to have information about nearest stores, caffe , around hotel.

Lifts - often a very long wait

Location is very good near famous sights.

There are just three elevators for 44 floors. We just read about long waiting times after we checked in. The longest time we waited was 5 min on our 1 night stay, but other people waiting with us were there wayy longer and freaking out. Definitely a big deficit of this hotel. The other negative thing was our bed size: we booked a king bed and both had our feet hanging in the air - we’re just 162cm and 173cm. We think it’s actually super rude to sell something like this as king sized. So we’re happy to just have stayed for one night.

Staff were nice

Elevators were absolutely horrible I stayed on the 14th floor and the elevator did not work going down. We had to keep walking down a flight, when told staff they replied just press the button. The temperature in the room could not be controlled kept having to open and close the window the TV leaned forward could not move it. Somebody vomit in between some many deff flights of steps. It was disgusting. 3/10 would not recommend

Obiekt w dobrej, spokojnej dzielnicy, w bliskim sąsiedztwie kilku stacji metra. Darmowe Wi-Fi. Zaparzacz do kawy/herbaty w pokoju + mała lodówka.

Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na przyjazd windy. Słabe wygłuszenie i nieszczelne drzwi, dosłownie słychać każdą rozmowę osób znajdujących się na korytarzu. Mała łazienka.

Elevator. They have only 2 elevators for 50 floors. You have to wait at least 10 minutes to go up. To go down, you have to first go up all the way before going down ! Down button didn’t work !

De locatie is top. Dicht bij de ferry naar Staten Island. Die is gratis en geeft een mooi beeld op het Vrijheidsbeeld. En verder dicht in de buurt van metrolijnen. Supermarkt om de hoek

De wachttijden voor de lift zijn echt niet normaal. Je staat rustig een half uur te wachten.

Elevator wait times can take up to 15-20 minutes, the bed was frumpy and very uncomfortable to sleep on, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the bathroom/shower are small/compact.

Location was very good.

They have only 2 elevators and with all the people staying there sometimes you couldn't get an elevator and would either have to wait 30 minutes or more to get one or walk down the stairs, which was not good because we were on the 38th floor!
