Quiet. Punctual wake up call. Having pastries and coffee before the breakfast opened for us with very early flights. Shuttle to airport. Friendly helpful staff.

Great room. Very clean. Courteous staff. Yummy breakfast.

We waited to long to get a room close to the Tyson Event Center for state wrestling, but were very happy to have stayed at the Fairfield Suites. The room and beds were great for our group, and the breakfast each day gave us a good start to the day!

The swimming pool was not the best.

Stayed one night and it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out. The room smelled cleaned. The breakfast was really good. We stayed once before and everything was good then, that's why I chose to stay again. Was not disappointed. Will stay again. 😊

The lighting in the room was a little dim. Wish it was a fixture in the ceiling.

our heater didn’t work properly it never shut off and it was never at constant degree set in 70 and sometimes it was blowing hot orders cold. our room didn’t need a key to open and never knew it until 730 am the 2 nd morning when we went to breakfast and came back and leaned indoor and it opened just at the turn of the handle. the key did t work on the west door outside coming in and had to drive around. found out also. the door on the north side of building as not locked to enter. teen age girls walked up to it after we ate at johnnys and opens it without a key. that didn’t make me feel safe at all. I have stayed before and never had an issue. I was here with the state wrestling tournament and highly recommend your site. not sure if I will again

I really liked the location. Access to the expressway, the airport and downtown was easy to navigate.

Parking lot was full, I parked next door. No a big deal however, it only rain and rain while I was there. It did not matter to me because I need to run and clean after a day of work outside; however in a busy busy day next door when you are there for the first time could be challenging.

Breakfast was good - good selection with variety

Other guests were very noisy and the walls were thin so hard to sleep. Please note we did not ask for help from the front desk which we should have as they would have been more than willing to help.
