On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the highest rating, overall, I must give my stay a 9.9.

Love the location and conveniences to main BLVD's, interstate highway, shopping, dining and entertainment. The entire property is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast is one of the best I've encountered. Great place to stay for local shopping, getting to the airport or a trip into New Orleans for business or entertainment without the inconvenience of staying at a downtown, very expensive motel.

The small shop in the lobby is very lacking in snacks, drinks, toiletry items travelers may have forgotten. In short, this area needs a whole lot of attention.

10 out of 10, best place to stay.

I love the fresh smell as you enter the front lobby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was cozy. The break was excellent.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

No refrigerator , no microwave , and no coffee maker.

THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY FAVORITES LIST!

The hotel was VERY clean (and trust me i’m very PICKY about where I stay). It didn’t take the shuttle no time to get to the airport. To keep your car there was free (some hotels do charge even though you had a reservation with them). You did hear the planes but they were not that loud but also expected being that close to the airport.

I wish they had to go breakfast (muffin or fruit) for the travelers that have an early flight. Breakfast started at 6 but we needed to be at the airport by 5:30 to get through security & etc.

This would definitely be my “go to” hotel just to get away at.

I loved everything about my stay. The bed was so soft and comfortable, the shower was amazing with the shower head and amnesties being nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The hospitality was amazing.

staff were really attentive to making your room was clean. the hotel was very clean and smelled awesome! people we came in contact with were very friendly as well.

My debit card was charged $192 extra when I called back the host claimed it fall off in a few days. if it doesn’t I plan to return about receiving a refund. I was aware of one charge which was a $50 deposit which they take when you check in. there’s no way they should have charged my card this way with no explanation or anything. I had to find out myself this money had been taking!

Clean, updated, nice hotel.

Based on previous reviews, I was expecting it to be a little more rundown and dirtier. If it public transit went out this far and it wasn't so far from the main tourtist places we visited (garden district and french quarter), I would absolutely stay here the next trip. It's clearly been updated and was really nice. Overall- will stay again if we need to be close to the airport.

The only constructive criticism I'd give is that booking.com had their checking time as 3pm when it's 4pm- luckily they had a room ready for us and that the airport shuttle only runs every hour, which would have been nice to be every half hour (makes a difference at 5am).

Chill spot

The room was very close to the airport. The planes actually land right over u. Lol. A close mall area and lots of food places. Most drives was no longer thn 15 minutes.

Well my first night the tub didn't drain properly. So i ended up having to switch rooms the next morning.
