המלון ממוקם בצמוד למרכז הכנסים, בליבה של העיר. נוח ונגיש בהליכה רגלית למקומות המרכזיים וניתן להגיע אל ומשדה התעופה באוטובוס נוח.
המלון נמצא בשיפוצים. מבעד לחלונות (המטונפים) נראים פיגומים שמלבד המראה של אתר בניה, בשעות הבוקר הסתובבו עליהם פועלים. לא בדיוק הפרטיות שאדם מצפה לה בחדר מלון.
בסביבה מלונות שנראים טוב בהרבה ובאותה רמת מחיר. מתחרט שבחרתי במלון הזה.

Well there was no hot water. For 300 + dollars I would have expected hot water. I did receive a 100.00 dollar off, however I believe that was high dollar for one night sleeping. Did go out for walk to enjoy a meal at jazz bar. The room was quiet.

Didn't like how rude and unhappy the valet parking gentleman we approached handled us .. seem like he didn't even eat to help us and instead we drove off and parked on our own up the block

Great and convenient location. Beautiful view! Multiple restaurants near by. Walking distance to the convention center and many places downtown.

Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.
When we arrived the toilet paper roll was almost gone and no extra roll in the room. I contacted the front desk and they sent an employee to our room with a roll of toilet paper right away. I am sure this was just a minor overnight by the person you cleaned the room prior to our arrival.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.
Sometimes the restaurants/bars across the street are noisy if you're in a street facing room. If you don't mind a little background noise it's fine.

Staff at front desk, not helpful at all. Valet staff the only time we used rental , to leave, took almost an hour to get car when he gave us keys and showed us to someone else’s car😳

Breakfast and location were excellent
Nothing I can think of. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Valet service was excellent. Every one work hard to make everything easy for me as a guest.

Big rooms
Facilities are outdated. Bathrooms are not up to Marriott standards. Location is good, however opposite and open-roof beergarten, this was noisy.

Location was extremely convenient, and the employees were terrific
The gym was a little bit limited, but not a problem. I avoided the valet parking charges because they seemed too high relative to the daily price of garages and lots nearby.
