Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova

I booked this for my parents who are 94 and 95. They live in Lincoln and had a medical appointment in the morning in Rancho Cordova and didn't want to drive in traffic so we got them a room nearby. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to help them. The location was convenient as well and the desk gave them good directions.

Room was nice, clean and large. Didn’t try restaurant but looked nice. Has Starbucks in hotel which we loved. Good value. Security at front door.

Bathroom door was made of plexiglass so if you used bathroom at night and turned on light it wakes up other person in room.

Recently remodeled and beautiful. I’ve stayed in this hotel for 20 years and it’s only gotten better. Superb staff!! The security guard on duty for my stay helped me get my heavy bag up some stairs because I passed the handicap entrance by accident. She was so friendly as was the person at the front desk. Great view of Redwood trees out my window. Bathroom is luxurious. Loved the comfy chair for reading, and the bed was extremely comfortable too. I love staying here and will be back. (The $15 parking was new since my last stay and a bummer, but that’s life!)

The room was big

The windows leaked a bunch of water when it was raining and they just gave us towels or the option to downgrade our room. The waitress at the restaurant was not friendly. I've stayed here before with no problems, so this was very disappointing.
