The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind, ready to help, and welcoming.
We switched rooms as the first didn’t have a working safe. Both rooms had dusty fixtures and out of place bed skirts / linens. Ultimately fine. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay at The Pfister. The hotel has beautiful old world elegance, it is in a great location, and the staff were all super friendly. We loved the Artist in Residence program that the hotel offers and enjoyed seeing all of the art throughout the hotel. The food in the cafe was great, especially the baked goods which they bake on site.

Very accommodating and helpful. Excellent fine dining Mason St Grill. Polite staff and housekeeping staff. Definitely would return.
