no parking was used.
our room just had a barred window into an alley which was not a problem.

This motel in a city was surprisingly good. The staff were welcoming and charming, there is something endearing about this small hotel. It seems they have taken ownership of what hotels used to offer, providing everything you need in the room; coffee making, equipment for ironing, large rooms with a good sitting area.
The room and bathroom were clean and tastefully furnished and decorated.
The breakfast at the corner diner was excellent.

Great location and the price was excellent
The noise of the surrounds is very loud. Even between the two levels you can hear people and doors. The traffic is also quite loud and the alleyway at the rear has some loud crew wandering through regularly at night. Having said all that, given the price is lower than most around the area, it’s not too bad.

Good location with a parking lot.
Upstairs room window did not latch and lock. It had been that way long enough the window frame had mildew on it, and moldiness under the paint.
