Très bon hôtel, literie confortable, personnel très accueillant, la vue est super et la terrasses commune est très sympathique. A 5 min du métro. Service de chambre tous les jours !

La machine à glacon est bruyante dans le couloir, l'eau s'écouler difficilement dans le lavabo et parfois eau marron (du à des travaux ce n'est donc pas habituel je pense)

Il Vista Lic Hotel non è sicuramente un boutique hotel ma senza dubbio un buon tre stelle. Si trova a Long Island City circondato da numerose fermate della metro… la più vicina (5 minuti a piedi) 39 Av. Linee N e W, la Queensboro Plaza linee N e W, la Queens Plaza linee E, M, R, la 36 Av. Linee M e R. Raggiungere Manhattan è tanto semplice quanto rapido. L’accoglienza è molto gradevole ed il personale della reception sorridente e molto disponibile. La camera semplice, forse piccola per 4 persone, ma in fondo serve solo a dormire con qualità del sonno molto alta. Materassi comodi e nessun rumore dall’esterno. La camera è stata rifatta ogni giorno ed invero non abbiamo mai incontrato il personale addetto alle pulizie. Presente un bar al piano terra per fare la colazione, a pagamento, il Micheal’s Cafè. Sevizio cordiale ed efficiente, colazione preparata al momento di buona qualità. Durante il nostro soggiorno vi era una promozione $ 11,99 due uova, bacon/salsiccia, patate, succo/caffè/tè. Pagherete in più la solita odiosa (per noi italiani) mancia obbligatoria del 20%. Presente anche il roof top bar, il Vista Sky Lounge con splendida terrazza che permette di ammirare lo skyline di Manhattan E’ permesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia senza alcun sovrapprezzo a differenza di altri alberghi (taluni nei pressi). Si trova a circa 24 km circa dall'aeroporto internazionale John F. Kennedy… per arrivare abbiamo impiegato 40 minuti circa mentre al ritorno oltre un’ora per via del traffico da ora di punta. Viene richiesto un deposito di 100 dollari all’arrivo che verrà svincolato alla partenza. Che dire… esperienza positiva, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo la zona è molto tranquilla e volendo addentrarsi nel Queens sono numerosi i ristoranti nei pressi reperibili anche con Groupon.

Quartos ótimos, tem micro-ondas, tem máquina de cafe, e não é longe de várias estações de metrô. A localização do hotel é ótima, segura, próxima de lugares para tomar café da manhã.

Gostei de tudo. Só considerar que são em média 10min andando para a estação de metrô. E isso pode ser algo ruim pra algumas famílias, mas para nós, valeu muito o custo benefício, pois 10min andando não é muito.

The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. Really liked the diner-style restaurant, and the gym was small but functional and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable overall.

I will say the sound insulation between rooms is not good. I could hear my neighbors talking, and their TV, quite clearly. I went into the hall, and I could tell they weren't being extra loud - just normal volumes - but the sound went straight through my wall. I also don't like the beds - they're REALLY soft, which is tough for people with back issues.

Easy check-in and check-out. Able to reserve on short notice. Courtesy of all staff we talked to. Clean and well kept facilities. Good working elevators. Good restaurant meals.

There should be a box of tissues in the room. The grab bar in the shower is in a useless position. It should be near the entrance to the shower so we could use it for getting in and out.
