The location was great
The rooms small and not cleaned every day. The shower was short and terrible shower head. There was a weird oder in the stairwell.

The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Pillows were too small and Theresa's not enough of them. The pool was a bit dirty.

pool was “broken” and closed but nothing on the website saying so. I book based on pools and free breakfasts. which also was eh. having small children both are important.

The staff was pleasant.
The beds were hard. The bathroom handle was broken and so was the toilet seat. There was no spa or hot tub as listed.

everything was clean for the most part
I found a bell by the bed, and I’m a little freaked out by all the mirrors. also when it said “Microtel” the room is tiny and there’s also no counter space in the bathroom. breakfast was very thin to choose from

no smoke detector, ceiling over shower is about to peel off, door didn’t latch when it closed without you lifting up hard on knob. railroad right across the road with lots of trains day and night

Absolutely wonderful staff. Great place. Very accommodating. Beds are super comfy, rooms are quiet. They recognize ESA animals. Just everything all around was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk was helpful had a luggage carrier inside to to haul my luggage to take it up to my room. clean bed soft’. Coffee in the morning an automatic pancake maker just push the button you get two pancakes easy, easy check out.
The property from the outside had some torn ripped and damaged window screens that’s what I saw

GOOD PRICE, NEAR RESTAURANTS (< 3 MILES) & HIGHWAYS, NICE FACILITY
RECEPTION STAFF WAS SMOKING RIGHT OUT SIDE OF FRONT DOOR. SOME BREAKFAST ITEMS MISSING (TEA) AND EQUIPT BROKEN; HAD TO ASK FORT BATH TOWELS AT FRONT DESK
