centrally located for all my needs. grocery, gas, interstate.

bugs in breakfast cereal. hair on bathroom floor and inside towels. paper thin walls could hear a party on our floor. elevator broken. pool broken. coffee extremely watered down. had to ask multiple times to refill coffee creamer pods and coffee cups. slamming of doors on our floor. While in the breakfast area, could hear gossip from front desk staff and housekeeping, extremely unprofessional. Staff was no help in help of finding of TV channels- the tv channel card in room not accurate. middle of week visit not a weekend, why was everything unattended to?

A little hard to find,the desk person did know how to tell us to get there.
