The staff at check in and check out were exceptionally courteous and professional.
Good location near a good choice of restaurants. I ate dinner at the Cracker Barrel close by and loved it.

the bed was comfortable, that's it
I did pre check in, and had to do it again when I checked it - - wtf!
Worst shower set up I've ever experienced. The person that designed it must not take showers.
crappy hot breakfast, cheap microwave, poorly organized, one person working her butt off ( I gave her $4 tip)
elevators take forever
dirty public areas
