Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

Property is very nice , staff is awesome, rooftop fireworks watching and pool

Paying for parking ! The lot was half full and I still paid for handicap parking for 2 days. We switched to a different hotel for the last 3 days to not pay for parking. Would not have chosen this hotel had I known about the parking. This info needs to be listed in bold lettering on the first page of booking.

I liked the hotel location and ambiance, quiet overall but i did have a noise from the AC in my room that was not the best experience, the shower curtain did not cover the shower properly and the showering experince was not the best either,

No housekeeping unless specifically asked for it, my room service tray was not picked up until noon the next day from the front of the door, the staff that came the day i was leaving to ask what time i was checking out was not nice nor did she explain why she was asking that, kind of rude. The shower curtain did not cover the shower properly as it seemed they had replaced glass doors with that and the "winding down" experience wasnt the best as the bathroom seemed a bit mid renovation. The whole housekeeping not coming into the rooms unless specifically calling fromt desk and asking for it wasnt the best experience, i feel like the whole point of staying in a hotel is to come back to a fresh room every night and for the Autograph Collection to be skipping on that seemed a bit odd.

Customer service was A1. The property is in a really good location and is close to everything.

I was there for a 4 night stay and the room wasn’t cleaned once.

Central location was great, room were great, cleanliness was great, cost of the room was great overall the hotel was great, We aksed fora a specific rom and we got it.

$37.00 for parking is absolutley ridiculous. If I had know when I booked the hotel parking was that muuch I would not have booked and the friends who stayed as well said the same thing.
