Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast the first morning was very convenient.

The location is really good. The hotel is close to a lot of things you may ask for.
It was only one person taking care of breakfast. He tried to do his best, but I think it would be better if he had someone helping him, especially if the hotel had been fully booked.

Convenient to Highway and services
1-The property is under construction
2-we found dog food in the room
3 I am allergic to pet hair!!!
4- There was no fresh fruit available, no bottled water available,
5-your staff were talking amongst themselves and stated the rate was $99 we got charged much more.
6- I guess that is the reward for being a Hilton Honors Member “being charged more”

The hotel was run down, the room smelled and was dirty

My room was quieter on the trip[ back as it was not as noisy on the ground floor. Staff was funny6 and in good humor.

staff was friendly good communication. Room was as I had expected, clean , well maintained, Hampton has always met my expectations. They are consistent in all of their locations. Super convienient to good eateries.
Room had a lot of highway noise in it. It was on the 5th floor, due to the location next to the interstate. Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery after a shower, had to place a towel on the floor to keep from falling.

The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast included was very good as well it was it good selection of food and it was hot food as well. The location was very good close to Walmart and Starbucks and other stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool.
There was nothing that I did not like.

Kajuan, who runs breakfast, helped us organize our trip, entertained us while we ate, and refilled his breakfast all at the same time. We'd come back another year just to see if he was still working with you. The reception staff were also wonderful

I didn’t care for the breakfast. Food wasn’t very tasteful-potatoes were under cooked. The bananas were brown and not appealing.

Breakfast was wonderful. A full selection of breakfast choices from hot to cold food and all the fixings.
The hotel is Pet Friendly in every room. The desk clerk was very sweet and understanding that I am highly allergic to animals and needed a room that was clear of any pets. She put us on the fifth floor and said she was speaking to the management about making some rooms non-pet friendly for guests like me.

Difficult to find . Signage hard to see.
A detailed map with distance from highway sent with welcome email. For all properties would be beneficial to all seniors travelling to your locations who are not so tech savvy or travelling in less tech enabled vehicles.

Digital key failed to work until staff turned it on, still had to go to ft desk to check in even though it was done on line.

Fair. Why was there no coffee maker available in our room (104)? Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Powdered eggs tasted more like powder, and less like eggs. Oatmeal very good.
Re: Room 104. Bathtub spout needs repair. Taking a shower was very difficult because the pull-up stem diverter on the spout is either worn out or broken. Water flows out from both the shower head and tub spout. This needs to get fixed because future guests will continue to be disappointed when they discover they cannot shower.
