James, at the Front Desk, was Very Nice, Friendly, Funny, Knowledgeable.. The Continental Breakfast was Perfect! Fresh Hot Coffee or Tea, OJ, Hot Oatmeal, or Cold Cereal, Breakfast Bars, or Muffins, Easy for On-The-Go Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches, or for a Hot Sit-Down Breakfast, Make Your Own Waffles! Flat Screen TV to check out that day's Weather Handicap Parking Directly Outside the Front Door Friendly Check In & Easy Check Out

I would have preferred a Freezer in the Refrigerator, and a Clothes Rack for Clothes on a Hanger..

Location to our main attraction

The elevator was broken. There was a horrific smell of oil and gas in the hallways. The vending machines did not work. The front desk staff was not very helpful

Convenient to interstate and was able to walk to a restaurant

Location was good, breakfast was good, everything was good, it was close to a couple restaurants

Only problem we had was the shower didn’t work so ended up having to move to another room just to take a shower, they could of used a couple more tables in breakfast area

It was a straight shot from the racetrack

Pillows were terrible You need an Engineering Degree to figure out the shower/bathtub We drove farther because breakfast was included They had one microwaveable sandwich and my son got it and he said it was not edible. Not much of a breakfast at all. I will not stay here again.

Bathroom you need an engineer degree to figure it out We picked this hotel verses others for Breakfast to save a little of money that was not the case. The breakfast was not good. They had one sandwich in the fridge and there was 3 of us and it was microwaveable and was soggy and my son couldn’t eat it. Only offer 2 cereals and we didn’t like either. Only offer orange juice and coffee and I can’t drink either. Usually Holiday Inns have great breakfast not this one. The air conditioner made a loud noise and I’m a light sleeper so it woke me up like every hour. Light in bathroom flicked for like 3 minutes when you turn it on.
