Comfy bed and pillows, newly renovated room that was comfy.
Unfortunately the outside of the property is unappealing, it’s in construction at the moment with shipping containers/ furniture everywhere outside. Terrible part of town, in fact Fresno can be avoided. Lots of sketchy characters getting around, not a safe area.

They very graciously cancelled our reservation when we had a last-minute medical issue and couldn't continue.

Under construction, bullet proof glass instead of a lobby. Pool closed. A mess.

It was clean and spacious
The staff lady that tried to barged into my room while I was showering as well as the front desk person were both very rude

Hotel was decently clean nothing too terrible
Location was extremely sketchy, ton of furniture outside and storage containers all over the parking lot. There was also no microwave in the room to heat up our food .

It was filthy ! run down! Do not stay here ! Pictures are all fake ! Rooms look nothing like what is posted ! just don’t stay here .

It took them 2hr to check me in and it was a outside window and it was very cool outside, I booked a king size bed then they gave me a room with someone already in the room. Then ended up having to sleep in double queen size bed. Horrible experience.

The room was stinking of cigaretts even it was „no-smoking” room, some of the lamps didn’t work, the carpet was sticky with dirt.

I never stayed the night at my hotel. There was cockroaches and the whole room smelled like cat urine. I am very disappointed in how this was handled because I still haven't received a refund or any kind of compensation. All I asked was a full refund due to me having to leave the room at 2:00 AM. I wasn't even in the room 30 minutes.

I didn’t like it the electric power didn’t work ac was down and they have roaches everywhere in the room. absolutely horrible.will not recommend
