The room was fine, although the TV only worked if we used buttons physically on the TV. The remote did not turn the TV on or off.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The "fresh" fruit was one apple and 3 hard as rock oranges. There were a few scrambled eggs and a bit of oatmeal left at 8:30 am. There were a few slices of white bread available. They ran out of yogurts while we were there. This on top of the fact that the hallway outside our room had the carpet partly scraped up. AND, at 8:30 Sunday morning, 3 workers were already loudly scraping more of the carpet up. It was extremely uncomfortable and certainly not worth the money we paid for the room.

Clean and quiet. Warm pool was appreciated by all.

When I asked for towels at the end of the night. I was met with harshness for no reason. I was told I couldn’t have 4 towels, because I have a do not disturb sign on our door.. This did not make sense .. we travel a lot and always use do not disturb because we sleep in and don’t not want to be bothered.. we put the towels out side the door and when we return for the night a family of four we ask for towels and this young lady did not want to let us have them, and I don’t know why.. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights spent over 580 dollars with Hampton Inn to be met with unpleasant treatment. I was finally able to convince her to let me have some towels and she gave me 2 not enough for everyone there was four of us. So my husband and I had to go without baths and return back home to two states away..We will not be coming back

His property, customer service and management is horrible. I had a reservation for one night me and my 14 year old son were an hour and a half from Pueblo in Trinidad Colorado. When on the highway we lost steering in my truck slammed into the concrete median. If we roll over, we would’ve died. The vehicle is not drivable. I had to miss my Hotel stay because of unexpected accident. The hotel charged me for a stay at night even though I told him I was in an accident and I had supplied them with the police report number and tow truck receipt. This is a horrible place to stay because the management does not care about you. I’ve left four different phone calls, and spoken to Hilton, they’ve contacted the manager and still no response. I am demanding my money back because I wasn’t able to stay due to a auto accident.

Better than expected, good value, clean. Staff extra helpful & happy! Indoor hot tub was wonderful.
