The sofa was very comfortable to sit on and lounge. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was good, and the room was nice. The staff were helpful. The location was great.
The breakfast could have been better.

Conveniently located to the freeway and restaurants. Parking was ample.
The room was spacious. Check-in/Check out were easy.
We were not advised that the Wi-Fi was down.
I contacted tech support and was advised that they were working on the issue but didn't have an estimate of when it would be up.
Apparently it had been down for most of the day.
They advised to keep checking every hour.
It finally came up some time after 1:00 AM.
If we had known, we could have gone somewhere to work as we had deadlines to meet.. This was very inconvenient.
