Very nice room, beds were comfortable
The hot tub was down, and the rooms weren’t very clean especially behind the beds

Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was limited, omelettes were not real eggs, no milk alternative (soy, oat, almond), coffee dispenser put grounds in my cup.

The staff was super friendly and absolutely accommodating. They took our last minute reservation and handled it with professionalism. They allowed my children to use the pool a bit past closing time because of our late arrival. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
It was all perfect!

It was, ok. That is it.
The man at the desk when we arrived was in a T-shirt that looked like he picked it out of yesterday’s laundry bag, untucked. The elevator did not work in the morning and I (76 years) had to hump my bags and a cooler down the stairs. Not happy.
