The location was great it’s next to the mall and every eatary.

The rooms were dusty and dirty. Bathrooms not cleaned towels looked like they had been used. Beds very uncomfortable and no blankets.

Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 430pm and given keys, went to our room and it was still being cleaned. Couldn’t go into our room until 530pm and we were told to just be patient.

I had a problem with my light fixture over the sink, the bulb was blown. Also the toilet wouldn’t stop run. I reported the issues with the front desk staff and I was told it would get fixed once the maintenance staff get to work. I left the hotel at 11am Saturday to help my nephew move. I returned to my hotel room and none of the problems were corrected. I went to the front desk to check of the hotel so I move another hotel. So happen the hotel manager was on duty. I explained to him that I reported the issues to his staff at 11am Saturday morning. I returned back to my room Sunday morning around 12:22 Am. He told me that he was going to return the full amount I paid for my hotel. He told me that I would have to contact Booking.com to release my money back to my credit card. So I’m informing you that my money needs to be returned back to my credit card.

They don’t care about the customer

Absolutely NOTHING. This is certainly not a Quality Inn and booking.com should not even list this hotel. Must be privately owned and not held to any standards.

Well, we decided not to stay after looking at the room and the appearance of this hotel as a whole. This hotel should just be demolished. The hotel, if that is how you want to refer to this “structure” was disgusting! When we checked in, we asked if anyone actually stays here because when we checked in on a Friday at 6pm, there we NO other cars in the parking lot. The lobby was dim, smelled musty, filthy windows and had to get buzzed in. Red flags that we should look for another place to stay for the night. Ended up finding a very nice LaQuinta close by. Checked in seeing that we pre-paid for the room. Room was disgusting. Smelled like urine, pot, musty. They could not place us in another room to accommodate us so we just checked out and left. We also did not feel safe staying at the ghost town of a hotel. I would recommend no one else stay here either!
